Homestays at the Breezeway BnB include:

• Student will have a separate private room with bed.
• Bedding, sheets and pillowcases are supplied. (Must be washed and given back when Student leaves.)
• The student may buy food at their own expense. Microwave, Rice cooker and some refrigerator space is provided. No stove cooking is allowed.
• High Speed Wireless Internet is provided.

• $640.00 per Month per room per Student. (Must be paid Monthly.)
• $175.00 per week. (If Student pays Weekly.)
• A $150.00 Security deposit will be made at time of arrival. It will be given back or adjusted depending on any damage or extra expense incurred by Student.
• A $150.00 Reservation deposit may be required at time of reservation and will not be returned if Student doesn't arrive.
• Pickup Service from John F. Kennedy and LaGurdia Airport $50.00.
• High Speed Wireless Internet is included.
